Who we are

Information we collect

When you enquire, we receive your name, email address, chosen service, project details and any information you include in subsequent correspondence. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. Our hosting and email services may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, timestamps and delivery logs, to operate and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your requirements and prepare a quote. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we process the information for those steps. For other business enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to potential customers and managing business communications. We also have a legitimate interest in protecting the website from spam and abuse.

You do not have to submit an enquiry. Without contact details and project information, we may be unable to respond or quote. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who receives it

We use Resend to deliver enquiry emails and service providers for website hosting and our email inbox. They process information needed to provide those services. We do not sell enquiry information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

How long we keep it

For enquiries that do not become projects, we keep correspondence for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then delete it. If you become a client, we explain the separate retention arrangements for project, contractual and accounting records as part of our client process. Limited information may be kept longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact hello@avetro.co.uk to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and decisions

The website application does not include advertising or analytics tracking. We do not use your enquiry information for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
